PETITION NO. 3� g <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> WESTPORT <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 18 , Town of Westport , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District to the <br /> A-B Agri-Business District. <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 18 Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4, thence N 02° 30' W, 415 <br /> feet more or less to the centerline of Meffert Road and the point of beginning. <br /> Thence continue N 02° 30' W 650 feet; thence S 47° 58' 26" E, 650 feet more or less <br /> to the centerline of Meffert Road; thence S 64° 05' W, along said centerline 500 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
