ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3401 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be <br /> amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 & SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of C;h ri.i;i.r a <br /> as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 7; thence S 89°. 44' <br /> 47" E, 1,244.09 feet; thence S 01° 14' 51" E, 579.18 feet; thence S 14° 31' 09" E, <br /> 309.71 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 140 31' 09" E, 221.82 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 46' 39" E, 262.37 feet; thence S 01° 03' 53" W, 734.13 feet; thence N 58° 38' - <br /> OW' W, 231.65 feet; thence N 01° 03' 53" E, 650.00 feet ; thence N 89° 52' 00" W, 252.0C <br /> feet; thence N 01° 03' 53" E, 441.00 feet; thence S 89° 52' 00" E, 383.99 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
