• f: <br /> 10 W324 IT M CONCERN: <br /> I The reason we made this parcel is because we desire to sell the adjoining <br /> farmland and we created a parcel less the 35 acres, so we request a <br /> zoning change. <br /> We are proposing to make the g--acre parcel into two different zones: <br /> 1. A residential lot for the house, consisting of a piece of land, <br /> according to the survey, which wo.ild be gb-,coye,square feet, including <br /> the road. This would be zoned R-3 Residential. <br /> 2. A commrcial parcel, which would be 183,8 Z•3 square feet, including <br /> the road. This would be zoned C-2 Commercial. <br /> The reason we chose these ?acres is that we felt whoever bought the land <br /> should also own the ditches. If we went any further West of the pole shed <br /> we would have been very close to the ditch. We chose to go South and Fast. <br /> We are planning on grassing in the area that will be added to the residential <br /> lot and also the extra commercial area. We do not have a time schedule <br /> for any development, we just plan on keeping it the way it is and <br /> keeping our businesses there. We have had businesses on this farm for <br /> at least 25 years and so we are keeping it just the way it is. <br /> We have had very long-term renters. Our longest renter is George and Betty <br /> Foster and their sons, Don and Larry. They have been there since 1968 and <br /> are a fine asset to the farm and they sure make a difference with the <br /> surrounding neighbors and farmers. It is a mechanical garage and can help <br /> anyone out and do a fine job. <br /> Our other business is Cepek Construction Co. , which makes forms for the roadway <br /> billboards and does a lot of road construction in our state. They are a fine <br /> business and an asset for us to have as renters. <br /> We are also asking for a conditional use permit for the trailer that sits on <br /> the ccnnercial piece of property. The owner of the trailer is Lucy Lambert <br /> and she is just like our security guard.
