PETITION NO. • <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> VERONA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 5 , Town of Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the RH-1 Rural Homes District to the <br /> R-1A Residence District. <br /> Part of the SWQ NE4 of Section 5, Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing <br /> at the East quarter corner of section 5; thence S 88° 26' 29" W 1502.35 feet <br /> along the East-West quarterline, thence N 02° 19' 30" W 421.43 feet; thence <br /> S88° 02' W 505.00 feet; thence N 49° 45' W 66.00 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence along the North right-of-way of Rolling Meadow Road, along a curve to <br /> to the right, the radius is 182.60 feet, the long chord is N 60° 28' E 126.20 <br /> feet, thence N 17° 45' W 239.92 feet; thence S 51° 48' W 238.00 feet, thence <br /> thence S 01° 23' E 311.35 feet; thence S 69° 36' W 254.93 feet; thence S 40° <br /> 17 ' E 150.00 feet, along the centerline of Shady Oak Lane, thence S 37° 17 ' <br /> E 157.23 feet along said centerline, thence N 50° 59' E 150.00 feet along the <br /> centerline of Shady Hill Drive, thence N 39° 01' W 33.00 feet to the Northwesterly <br /> right-of-way line of Rolling Meadow Road, thence along said road right-of-way <br /> line on a curve to the left, the radius is 117.00 feet, the long chord is N <br /> 64° 42' E 107.81 feet, thence continue along the West right-of-way line of said <br /> road, N 03° 53' W 162.71 feet, thence continue along the Westerly right-of-way <br /> line of said road on a curve to the right, the radius is 90.67 feet, the long <br /> chord is N 18° 11' E 68.12 feet, thence continue along the Northwesterly right-of- <br /> way line of said road N 40° 15' E 78.40 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
