Aaricultiire District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> Part of the SW; NE; of Section 9, Town of Deerfield described as follows: Com- <br /> mencing at the point of. intersection of the centerline of STH 73 with the North line <br /> of said SW; NE; of Section 9; thende East along said North line of quarter-quarter <br /> 675.9 feet; thence South 198.0 feet to the point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence continue South 330.0 feet; thence East 264.0 feet; thence North 330.0 feet; <br /> thence West 264.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
