Agriculture District to the <br /> R-lA Residence District. <br /> Part of the NW4 SW4 of Section 33 Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West, quarter corner of said Section 33; thence East along the <br /> East-West quarter line, 455 feet' ± to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> East along said quarter line, 160 feet ±; thence South, 335 feet ±; thence West, <br /> 165 feet±; thence Northeasterly, 335 feet ± to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
