PETITION NO. -3?.--- <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section _a, Town of Deerfield , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the NE4 SE4 of Section 28 Town of Deerfield described as follows: Commencing <br /> at the East quarter corner. of said Section; thence S 88° West along the North line <br /> of said NE4 SE4, 740 feet ± to 'the point of beginning; thence continue S 88° W, <br /> 416 feet ±; thence S 03° West, 150 feet ± ; thence S 88° West, 183 feet ±; thence <br /> S 03° West, 129 feet ± to the Northwest corner of CSM #4283; thence N 88° East, <br /> 504 feet ±; thence S 06° West, 266 feet ±; thence N 88° East, 155 feet ±; thence <br /> N 06° East, 165 feet ±; thence N 35° West, 135 feet±; thence N 09° East 276 feet <br /> ± to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
