ZONING PETITION NO. 3433 <br /> TOWN OF BURKE <br /> Resolution number 106 <br /> WHEREAS, Zoning Petition number 3433 has been filed by an agent of <br /> C.R.C. Speedways, Inc. , to create a new section 10.14 (2) (n) of the Dane <br /> County zoning ordiance to allow as a conditional use within the C-2 zoning <br /> area, "Overnight parking in parking lots located on motor vehicle <br /> racetrack facilities," and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board has duly considered said zoning petition in light <br /> of the purposes of the Dane County zoning ordinance, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby disapproves <br /> Petition number 3433. <br /> I, Stephenie A.
