Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the SW; SW; of Section 8, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 8; thence N 90° 00' 00" E along <br /> the center of Aaker Road, 1,025.28 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing <br /> N 90° 00' 00" E along the centerline of Aaker Road, 300.00 feet; thence N 00° 00' <br /> 00" E, 765.00 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" W, 300.00 feet; thence S 00° 00' 00" E, <br /> 765.00 feet to point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
