G
I ,
2120 Fish hatchery Road
Madison, WI 53713
June 12, 1985
Hr. Jonathan Barry
Dane County Lxecutive
Room 421, City-County Building
210 Monona Ave.
Madison, WI 53709
Dear Jonathan:
This is to confirm my agreement that Zoning Petition #3439, filed by
Mr. Roy Way, be given final approval provided that two conditions be met:
1. That a deed restriction be recorded limiting housing density to single-
family on those lots not facing Moorland Road; and
2. That a new zoning petition be filed to down-zone those lots not facing
Moorland Road to allow only single-family housing.
I have discussed this matter with Bill Flcc_k. and it appears that this is
the most expeditious and effective way to resolve the concerns with the
petition that I have raised. My impression is that this approach is also
agreeable to Mr. Way, based on comments he has made to me regarding this
matter.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank you and Clayton Dunn for your
prompt and courteous attention to my concerns.
Sin rely,
/
t <,S P
ho as Sol g
TOWN OF MADISON CI ;
cc: Roy lay
Bill Fleck
