Proposed use of property is: retain the single family home <br /> now located on property which needs remodeling and weatherization; <br /> retain barn, pastureland and cropland being presently used as <br /> agriculture; remodel present metal machine shed (approximately <br /> 24 X 60) into boarding kennel and dog grooming facility. <br /> Time schedule for development is June, 1986 (approximately) . <br /> Property is suitable because of the amount of land involved; <br /> land is on high ground which would provide a better septic system <br /> for a dog kennel. Population of neighbors is sparse. <br /> Description of land uses within 300 feet of property is: South, <br /> cropland; 100, cropland;cropland; North, commercial; North, single <br /> family resident zoned A-l; East, single family resident.( h-c-c ). <br /> Reason for requesting A-2 zoning rather than R-H is: <br /> Barn which will accomodate more than 26 herd of <br /> livestock is presently being rented along with <br /> the pasture and cropland.
