Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the SW4 NW; of Section 20, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 20; thence South 1320 feet along <br /> the West line of Section 20 to the point of beginning; thence continue South 350 <br /> feet along said West line, thence along the centerline of Garfoot Road the following <br /> courses: S 85° E 560 feet; thence along a curve to the left, the radius is 370 <br /> feet, the long chord is N 67° 30' E 360 feet, thence N 40° E 230 feet, thence de- <br /> parting from said road centerline West 1000 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
