PETITION NO. <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-3A Residence District. <br /> Part of the S1 SE; of Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #2, CSM No. 2746, thence South 02° 42' <br /> 26" W, 221.00 feet; thence East 800 feet to the Southwest corner of CSM #1644, <br /> said line being the North right-of-way line of I-94, thence N 05° 18' 30" E, 514.91 <br /> feet along the West line of said CSM #1644, thence S 89° 21' 20" E 143.17 feet; <br /> along the North line of said CSM #1644, thence North 320 feet along the West line <br /> of Cardinal Lane; thence West 150 feet along the South line of CTH TT, thence S <br /> 05° 18' 30" W, 313.22 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #1, CSM No. 1644, thence <br /> N 88° 09' W, 480 feet more or less, thence S 05° 18' 30" W 295 feet; thence N 87° <br /> 33' W 286.34 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
