Access to <br /> serve this parcel would presently have to be from Garden or Cardinal <br /> Court. The landownermade application for an additional access at a location <br /> approximately midway between the two Town Roads in 1983. The application <br /> (#83-3) was held in obeyance pending vacation of the Garden Court, approval <br /> of a required zoning change, and submission and approval of a preliminary <br /> plat for the proposed subdivision. If Garden Court was vacated that existing <br /> access would be considered a private drive. Plat acceptance and the road <br /> vacation are all subject to the Town of Sun Prairie's approvals. <br /> R.P. C. <br /> Petition #3445 <br /> The Town of Sun Prairie Land Use Plan indicates that the proposed zoning <br /> is in the agricultural preservation district. Adjacent land use to the <br /> west include three single family homes, while thirteen single family homes <br /> lie to the east.
