Agriculture ' District to the <br /> R-lA Residence, RH-1 & RH-3 Rural"Homes District. <br /> Part of the NW; NWT 'of. Section 3,Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 3 and the point Of beginning <br /> of this description; thence East, along the North line of said Section 3, 1058 <br /> feet, more or less; thence South, 1214 feet, more or less, to the South line <br /> of the NW; NW; of said Section 3, thence west, along said South line, 758 feet, <br /> more or less, thence North 150 feet, thence West 300 feet thence North, along <br /> the West line of said Section 3; 1097 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner <br /> of said Section 3 and the point of beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
