Part of the NE; SW4 & NW4 SEQ - Section 31, Town of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at Northeast corner of Lot #1, certified survey map No.#3791, which is the point of beginning;' thence N 60° 53' 17" W, 278.88 feet; thence along a curve to the right with radius of 265 feet and a long chord that bears S 16° 10' 40" W, 161.24 feet; thence S 33° 53' 22" W, 212.10 feet; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 150 feet and '-a long chord that bears S 52° 12' 58" W, 94.33 feet; thence N 70° 32' 34" E, 102.90 feet; thence along a curve to left with a radius of 1250 feet and a chord that bears S 60° 21' 12" W, 442.26 feet to the point of beginning.
