WHEREAS, is/are the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Part of the S1 NW; of Section 33 Town of Dunn described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 33; thence N 89° 48' 45" E, 1,785.42 feet; thence N 00° 09' 39" W, 3,324 .82 feet; thence S 87° 50' 46" W, 419 .85 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 88° 32' 52" W, 129 .08 feet; thence N 00° 33' 23" W, 108.76 feet; thence S 86° 05' 26" E, 126.60 feet; thence S 02° 05 ' 46" E, 103.46 feet to the point of beginning. 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- posed: 1) . Said area shall be used only for a law office with no more than three ( 3) full time lawyer equivalents and support staff. 2) . If Indian Artifacts are discovered during the construction of the law office the Wisconsin State Historical Society shall be notified and allowed to pre- serve the artifacts. 3) . The gravel road known as McManus Road in said Section 33, T6N, R10E, in the Town of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin, shall revert to said Jack McManus and be said Jack McManus' responsibility in all respects and that proper documents shall be furnished by proper governmental bodies for said purposes. These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. - 1 -
