The Committee determined as follows:
1) . First paragraph restriction: Law office use only; 3 full time law-
yer equivalents and support staff; indian artifacts preserved. Okay.
2) . Second paragraph restrictions: Automatic reverting of B-1 Zoning
to A-1 Exclusive and Town Board. Disapproval of continuation of
B-1 zoning does not provide the "due process" for zoning changes
that is required by State Statute. (See ss 59.97 (5) (e) .
3) . Third paragraph restriction: Road reverting to Jack McManus. Okay.
Several towns have made agreements with applicants which require that an appli-
cation to change the zoning back to the original district be submitted after
a specific number of years, termination of use, etc. Your Town Board may wish
to review this option.
The Agriculture, Environment & Land Records Committee will hold action
on the petition until we have heard from you.
Very truly yours,
William Fleck,
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
WF:kw
CC: Judy Rendall, Chairman
A.E.L.R.
