Enger
Administrator
County of Dane
Zoning Department
210 Monona Avenue
Madison, WI 53709
Re: Petition of Jack McManus
Rezoning-Law Office-Town of Dunn
Dear Sir:
I was reviewing my file in this matter which will
be heard on July 9, 1985.
You may note in our petition, we didn't specifically
ask for a particular number in rezoning but only asked
for rezoning for purposes of a law office.
I wanted to make sure there was a full understanding
on this.
Both B-1 and C-1 by inference referred to a law
office. Neither one of them mentions a law office but I
would think that B-1 or C-1 would be the appropriate zoning
and that is why we are asking for such zoning which will
provide that .
Perhaps there has been some other ruling by the
County Corporation Counsel or so forth that a law office
falls under some form of residential zoning, etc. , and if
so, then we want to make it plain is what we want is the
appropriate zoning for a law office. This, of course,
would be a separate building and I will not be living there
under the present plans.
Thank you.
Sincer y,
RECEIVED
JUN 28 1985 Ja Mc
JM/kjr
DANE COUNTY
ZONING
