Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residence District. <br /> • <br /> Part of the S1 SW; of. Section 23,.,Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 23; thence North 50 feet to <br /> the North right-of-way of CTH S; ' thence East 715 feet, more or less, along said <br /> right-of-way; thence North 25 feet along said right-of-way; thence East 450 feet, <br /> more or less, along said right-of-way to the point of beginning; thence South 25 <br /> feet along said right-of-way; thence East 200 feet, more or less, along said right- <br /> of-way; thence N10° E, 400 feet, more or less; thence S 71° W, 285 feet, more <br /> or less, thence South 275 feet,more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
