The <br /> Division's review is based upon examination of (1 ) the 115 report on,$oil • <br /> Borings and Percolation Tests by certified soil tester, <br /> <=42t CST# 34 , (2) the ASCS soils maps applicable <br /> to the above-described lands and (3) the results of an on-site inspection by <br /> the Division.
