Aariculture' District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the SW; of Section 19, Town of Montrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 19; thence East along the South <br /> line of Section 19, 1444.70 feet; thence N 00° 29' East along the centerline of <br /> Fritz Road; 850 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 29' East along the <br /> centerline of Fritz Road, 850 fet; thence East, 600 feet; thence S 00° 29' West, <br /> 850 feet; thence West 600 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
