PROPOSAL TO RE-ZONE PROPERTY <br /> I. Legal Description <br /> Section 10-6-8 S .E . 4 of N.W. EXC Hwy M 312 <br /> II . Tax parcel number : 31-10-202 <br /> III . Information Pertaining To Re-Zoning <br /> A. Existing and proposed use of <br /> the property to be Re-Zoned. <br /> The existing 40 Acre tract is <br /> Zoned Exclusive A-1 and has <br /> been used primarily for corn <br /> production. There is presently <br /> a large storage building and <br /> foundation from an old barn on <br /> the North Eastern corner of tract. <br /> The proposed use of the property <br /> will be to change present Zoning <br /> RI-13 to g5 and divide tract into 4 <br /> parcels suitable for single family <br /> dwelling units . The proposed <br /> lots will be 210 Acre parcels <br /> and 2-8-9 Acre parcels with re- <br /> maining Acreage to be used for <br /> driveway access off Hwy M. <br /> B. Time schedule-Upon Zoning change <br /> land will be surveyed and split <br /> into 4 parcels which will then <br /> be mareted. After survey owner <br /> will start getting bids on pro- <br /> posed road and access to separte <br /> lots . This procedure and road <br /> shall take approximately 3-4 <br /> months with property owners being <br /> able to build in late 1985 or <br /> early 1986. <br />
