M. , Middleton, WI. , Town of <br /> Westport, fran R 2 Single family to R 3A Duplex. <br /> We now have a six bedroan home and we would like to have it remodeled <br /> for a duplex. With retirement a few years away, this would make it <br /> possible to live in our hone and have it work for us as an extra inane. <br /> Our hone was designed fran the beginning with this in mind. With a few <br /> changes it can be, (1) three bedroom, one bath, kitchen, dinning roan and <br /> living roan and (1) two bedroom, bath, kitchen-dining roan, and living roan. <br /> We are located on a 1/2 acre lot next to the Dane County Mendota Park <br /> on Highway M. The land to our west is vacant, to the north of our property <br /> is also vacant, both in the City of Middleton.
