r- ti State of Wisconsin DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
Southern District \
+,44,i 3911 Fish Hatchery Road
Carroll D.Besadny
Fitchburg, Wisconsin 53711-5397 Secreraly
February 27, 1985 3310
M and I Bank - Cambridge
Attn: Duane Sivers
102 W. Main St.
Cambridge, WI 53523
Dear Mr. Sivers:
On January 30, 1985, I conducted an inspection of the water supply system
serving Oak Hollow MHP. In addition, I collected water samples for volatile
organic chemical analyses.
I refer you to the January 14, 1983 survey report which reviews the system in
detail . No major changes and/or deficiencies were noted since my previous
inspection. We appreciate your concern for the water supply system and hope
that you will continue to maintain the system up to the current code
requirements.
Enclosed are the laboratory results for volatile organic chemical analyses.
The results indicate that none of the chemicals examined are present in excess
of the detection limit. For your information the detection limit is listed in
parentheses to the right of the chemical name.
A review of our files indicates an excellent sampling record for
bacteriological analysis. Since July, 1983, every monthly water sample has
been submitted and determined to be bacteriologically "safe". We commend the
manager for the excellent sampling record and look forward to continued
cooperation.
If you have any questions regarding this inspection, feel free to contact me
at (608) 275-3301.
Sincerely,
William J.
