- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the NE; NE; - Section 3, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 3; thence South along the East <br /> line of said NEa NE;, 1350 feet more or less to the centerline of STH 12 .& 18; thence <br /> Northwesterly along said centerline 240 feet more or less to a point on the line ' <br /> which is parallel to and 177 . feet West of the East line of_ paid NE; NE,; also being <br /> the point of beginning Of this description; thence conE.inue along said centerline <br /> 694.4 feet more or less to the intersection with the centerline of State Farm Road; <br /> thence N 64° 56' E along the centerline of State Farm Road 167 ± feet; thence S 60° <br /> E 355 feet more or less, thence N 30° E, 63 feet more or less, thence S 76° E, <br /> 145 feet more or less 'to a point on the line which is parallel to and 177 feet West <br /> of the East line of said NE; NE;; thence south along said parallel line 232 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> Use of the property shall be limited to the following: <br /> 1) . Retail sales as permitted by Section 10.11( 1) B-1 Local Business, Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 2) . Sales of mobile homes/manufactured housing. <br /> 3) . Residence for watchmen/caretakers. <br /> • <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
