Mr. Schewe did in fact secure the <br /> delinquent operating permits. So there is no concern in that matter. <br /> Mr. Schewe did advise me that he was in the process of replacing <br /> some of the older trailers. I told him that this existing mobile home <br /> park did not meet the current separation standards. I advised him that <br /> we would not be rigid as long as there were no complaints . However, <br /> even as I made that statement there had been a complaint made to <br /> this office that I was not aware of. Ms . Christianson of my staff <br /> advised me later that she had already contacted Mr. Schewe regarding <br /> the complaint . I feel that I may have been mislead by Mr. Schewe on <br /> this. <br /> I further advised Mr. Schewe that the maximum census of the <br /> Mobile Home Park was 27 spaces . Any additional waste loading, ( for <br /> example, sales people in trailers , caretakers etc. ) would require <br /> a new private sewage system designed and installed to the current <br /> standards. Such a system would be in excess of 8, 000 gallons per <br /> day and would have to be submitted to the Bureau of Plumbing with <br /> all required information for plan review and approval. <br /> I do not object to the zoning change however, the spacing <br /> will have to be reviewed.
