I c 6 Z_- <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> • <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 36, Town of Cross Plains , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2Rural Homes District. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Part of the SEA NE;. of Section 36, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 36; thence S 00° 23' 00" E, <br /> 1324.96 feet along the East line of said Section 36, to the North line of the ' <br /> S1 of the NE; Section 36, and the point of beginning of this description; thence <br /> continue S 00° 23' 00" E, 291.00 feet along the East line of said Section 36; <br /> thence S 89° 37' 24" W, 330.00 feet; thence S 00° 23' 00" E, 124.00 feet; thence <br /> S 89° 37' 24" W, 660.24 feet; thence N 00° 22' 36" W, 415.00 feet to the North <br /> line of the S1 of the NE; of said Section 36; thence N 89° 37' 24" E, 990.19 <br /> feet along said North line to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
