„ , ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3463 .. <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> • <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br /> amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the W1 NE; of Section 30, Town of Dunn described as follows: Com- <br /> mencing at the Northeast .corner of Section 30, thence west along the North line <br /> of said Section 30 1951 .0 'feet to the point of beginning; thence South 1204. 3 <br /> feet; thence; East 611.1 feet to the East line of the NW; NE; of said Section <br /> 30; thence South along the East line of the Ell W1 NE; of said Section 30 to <br /> the. Southeast corner of the SW; NE; of said Section 30; thence West to the South- <br /> west corner of the E' W1 of the NE; of said Section 30; thence North to the <br /> Northwest corner of the E' W1 of the NE4 of said Section 30; thence East along <br /> the North line of said Section 30 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
