<br /> AND, WHEREAS, Grantors own additional property located in
<br /> the Town of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin, which is described as

<br /> AND, WHEREAS, Grantors are selling Parcels 1 and 2 described

<br /> AND, WHEREAS, Grantors are retaining their ownership in fee
<br /> of Parcel 3 described above,
<br /> AND, WHEREAS, the Grantors desire to reserve for themselves,
<br /> their heirs, successors and assigns, access from Parcel 3 over a
<br /> portion of Parcels 1 and 2 to the public highway, Schneider
<br /> Drive,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors make, publish and declare this
<br /> declaration of easement, dedicating to Grantors a right-of-way
<br /> over and across Parcels 1 and 2 as follows:

<br /> of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin, and the West
<br /> 66 feet of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE

<br /> This declaration of. easement expressly reserves to Grantors ,
<br /> their heirs, successors and assigns, the right of egress and
<br /> ingress for vehicular and pedestrian travel, and for all other
