PETITION NO. 7..000 (., • PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF DUNKIRK TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 21, Town of Dunkirk , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. &R-1 District to the R-1A & RH-1 District. Part of the N1 NW4 & SW4 NW4 of section 21, Town Of Dunkirk described as follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at'the 'North quarter corner of said Section 21; thence West on North line of Section21; 619 feet more or less to the point of beginning; then South, 274 feet; thence West, 997 feet more or less to a point on a curve; thence Southwesterly to Northwesterly, 120.65 feet on the arc of a 60 foot radius curve concave to the North whose chord bears N 89° 01' 30" w, 101.33 feet more or less; thence N 88° 03' W, 201 feet more or less; thence West, 248 feet more or less to the centerline of CTH "N"; thence N 11° 07' 35" E on said centerline, 67.26 feet; thence East. 237.47 feet; thence North 200 feet; thence East 1298 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certi- fied survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
