However, the petition included a delayed effective date <br /> provision which required the recording of a certified survey map with the Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds within 90 days of the County Board approval. As the <br /> 90 day period has passed without the recording of the required certified <br /> survey map, the zoning change has been voided. Accordingly, the subject <br /> certified survey proposal is hereby rejected in that the property is not <br /> properly zoned to permit the land division.
