Our <br /> plan is to build the center as soon as possible after <br /> the necessary permits are obtained with completion <br /> during 1985 . <br /> The proposed site is an ideal location for the <br /> center for several reasons: It is in an area of apartments <br /> duplexes, and condominiums . The general area has two <br /> elementary schools, main post office , and several employers . <br /> It also has good traffic access from Stoughton road <br /> (U.S. 51 ) . According to Information obtained from the <br /> Community Coordinated Child Care Organization (4 C' S) , <br /> the area north and east from the proposed bite is <br /> totally lacking in adequate child care facilities. <br /> Land uses within 300 feet of the site include <br /> commercial (restaurants, conveinence store) , apartments, <br /> condominiums and residential . <br />
