PETITION NO. 5 YG J PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF ALBION TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 27 , Town of Albion , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes District. Part of the NW; SEa of Section 27, Town of Albion described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 27; thence N 90° 00' 00" W, 1,322.50 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00' E, 1,920.00 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" W, 50.00 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of USH 51 and the point of beginning; thence continuing N 90° 00' 00" W, 271.00 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00" E, 510.00 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" E, 245.00 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of USH 51; thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 905.37 feet and a long chord subtended bearing S 08° 15' 26" E, 200.00 feet; thence S 00° 15' 10" E along the Westerly right-of-way line of USH 51, 310.00 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
