V July 3, 1985 Carol Little Dane County Clerk City-County Building, Room 112 210 Monona Avenue Madison, Wisconsin 53709 HAND DELIVERED Dear Clerk: We, the undersigned are opposed to the proposed rezoning petition number 3473/446 by Consolidated Paving Co., Inc., as Agent for Herman Erb, owner, to change the area designated on the attached map from the A-1(ex) & Wetland District to the A-2 w/CUP for mining extraction and blacktop plant that is located in the Wt/: of the SE% of Sec. 22, Town of Sun Prairie. By virtue of this communication and in accord with Wisconsin Statutes 59.97 (copy attached herewith) we wish to file a statutory protest to the proposed rezoning. We are abutting owners of over fifty percent (50%) of the total perimter of the area proposed to be altered included within 300 feet of the parcel or parcels proposed to be rezoned. The amount of area or of lands owned is shown in the copy of the map which is attached hereto and labled as "DANE COUNTY PROPOSED REZONING AND APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, Petition #3473..." which is attached hereto. Please, upon your review, kindly verify the statements as found to be true and forward in a timely manner no later than 24 hours prior to the date of the meeting of the County Board at which the report of the zoning agency is to be considered.
