All disturbed areas must be temporarily covered with straw within 3 days of <br /> disturbance. Mulch must be maintained to provide at least 70% cover until <br /> the disturbed areas are restored. <br /> All disturbed areas must be restored with permanent seed and mulched by <br /> May 1,2009. <br /> The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan <br /> (May 1,2009) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. Subsequent revisions <br /> will be charged a fee of fifty dollars ($50) per revision. This review is for the shoreland <br /> erosion control requirements of Chapter 11, Dane County Code of Ordinances only and other <br /> approvals may be necessary. The applicant must obtain a permit card from the Land <br /> Conservation counter and display it on the site prior to disturbing ground.
