The site will only be accessed off Skyline Drive using a stone tracking pad. The pad
must be a minimum of 50' long and be constructed of 3-inch clear stone. No other site
access may be used and material deposited in the road will be cleaned up at the end of
each workday.
2. Silt sock(12"diameter or approved equivalent) must be installed prior to grading in the
locations shown on the plan and where deemed necessary, including down slope of all
soil stockpiles. The silt sock must be maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized.
3. Disturbed slopes greater than 25%must be heavily mulched within 3 days of initial
disturbance. An adequate cover of mulch must be maintained throughout construction.
4. This project involves constructing what may be considered a"minor structure"within the
75' shoreland setback area. You must contact Dane County Zoning at 266-4266 for
Zoning approval prior to starting construction.
5. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle
traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed"or"vegetated buffer"
on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control
measures will be required.
6. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows:
Grading and construction is scheduled to begin upon receipt of all required
permits and approvals.
All disturbed areas must be restored with permanent seed and mulched by August
15, 2008.
Lyman F.Anderson Agriculture&Conservation Center
1 Fen Oak Court,Room 208,Madison,Wisconsin 53718-8812-PH:608/224-3730,FAX 608/224-3745
www.countyofdane.com/landconservation
