PETITION NO. 4{5S <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> MAZOMANTF <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 2 , Town of Mazomanie , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4035: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 2; thence S <br /> 87° 36' 56" West, 920.37 feet to a point in the centerline of Wilkinson Road; <br /> said point also being the point of beginning; thence S 63° 22' 44" West along <br /> the centerline of Wilkinson Road, 77.51 feet to the point of curvature of a <br /> curve to the right having a central angle of 29° 19' 00" and a radius of <br /> 501.14 feet; thence Southwesterly along the arc of the curve, 256.42 feet to <br /> the point of tangency thereof, said arc also being the centerline of Wilkinson <br /> Road; the chord which bears S 78° 02' 14" West, 253.63 feet; thence N 87° 18' <br /> 16" West along the centerline of Wilkinson Road, 738.87 feet to a point in the <br /> West line of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N 01° 07' 11" West along said <br /> West line, 78.48 feet to the Southwest corner of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4 of said Section 2; thence N 01° 07' 01" West along the West line of the E <br /> 1/2 of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4, 522.79 feet; thence N 89° 38' 28" East, 1056.38 <br /> feet; thence S 01° 07' 01" East, 555.32 feet to the point of beginning <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
