Hintz, R.S. , Director c� <br /> DANE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION <br /> RE: Addendum to Conditional Use Permit 610 <br /> I have been advised that one of the two structures at 2943-2947 Camp <br /> Leonard Road does not conform to the minimum standards of the plumbing code. <br /> ILHR 82. 10 Basic Plumbing Principles. (2) Every building intended for human <br /> occupancy shall be provided with an adequate, safe and potable water supply. <br /> A potable water supply shall not be connected to an unsafe water supply or <br /> a drain pipe, nor shall it be subject to the hazards of blackflow or back <br /> siphonage. A building located adjacent to a street in which there is a <br /> public water supply, shall be connected to the public water supply by means <br /> of individual connections or private mains. <br /> Also ILHR 83.01 Purpose (2) Basic Principles. (a) Need. Every building <br /> intended for human habitation or occupancy shall be provided with a properly <br /> functioning system for treatment and disposal of domestic waste. <br /> If this structure does not have the requirements stated above this office <br /> will have to object to the use petition #610. <br />
