Appeal of As-Zoning 8/25/87 Decision <br /> Page 2 <br /> This appeal of the undersigned adjacent property owners is <br /> based on the aforementioned non-compliances with 4 of the 6 Standards <br />- of the Zoning Committee. We also observed all other issues brought <br /> before the committee ahead of ours, the Chairman asked for the <br /> recommendation of the Town and the Clerk Mr. Fleck rendered whatever <br /> recommendation the respective Towns had sent . In our case no such <br />• cuestion was asked of the Clerk. Eighteen persons sat in the <br /> hearing room on our behalf that evening and all felt the committee °s <br /> animosity toward the Town of Dunn, and anyone connected therewith. <br /> Jane Licht tried to bring the above :-:on-compliances to their attention <br /> and was totally ignored and a vote was called for. We felt our rights <br /> were not properly served. We all felt the issues were not being <br /> properly discussed, only "Town of Dunn" .
