DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9846 <br /> Into-nal"Fracki,2 Nun h v:RFC1.12533 I <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes district(s) following <br /> described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER:9846 <br /> Part of Section 31, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> • <br /> A-1EX TO RH-1 <br /> Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 114) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), and part of the <br /> Northwest Quarter (NW 114) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 114) of Section 31, Town Six North <br /> (T6N), Range Eight East (R8E), Town of Verona, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as <br /> follows: <br /> Commencing at the South 114 corner of said Section 31; thence South 88°58'10" East, along the <br /> South line of the Southeast 114 of said Section 31, a distance of 1320.30 feet; thence North <br /> 02°09'14" East, 1318.49 feet; thence North 87'50'30" West, 41.25 feet to the Westerly right-of- <br /> way line of Fritz Road; thence South 53°31'36" West, 10.56 feet, to the point of beginning; <br /> thence South 53°31'36" West, 223.68 feet; thence South 76°56'02" West, 261.91 feet; thence <br /> North 07°09'08" West, 239.04 feet to the South right-of-way line of Forest Drive; thence North <br /> 71°28'30" East, along said right-of-way, 13.63 feet to a point of curve; thence Northeasterly <br /> along a curve to the left 180.95 feet, having a radius of 833.92 feet, the chord bearing North <br /> 65°15'32" East, 180.60 feet; thence North 59°02'33" East, 296.46 feet to a point of curve; thence <br /> Northeasterly along a curve to the right 49.52 feet, having a radius of 237.00 feet, the chord <br /> bearing North 65°01'43" East,49.43 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Fritz Road;thence <br /> South 02°09'14"West, along said right-of-way line, 298.49 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Said parcel contains 132,343 square feet or 3.038 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of <br /> its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the suwey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded suwey shall be submitted to <br /> Dane County Zoning. <br /> Effective: / �/�--° e <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment.based upon Their findings,to be consistent <br /> with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
