U. P. 611 conditioned upon more <br /> plantings being put in to screen the building from the residences <br /> on Hwy 51 . The Board is in agreement with this recommendation <br /> but could not take formal action on it August 18 because it was <br /> not on the agenda. A town meeting has been called for August 24 <br /> at which they will take the formal action to recommend approval <br /> of C. U. P. 611 . I will forward the signed petition to you Bill <br /> Fleck after the meeting on August 24 .
