The owner will submit <br /> a new application for LC-1 on the north 5 acres of the 18.5 acre parcel <br /> and RH-3 for the remainder of the parcel. <br /> On 12 September 1987, I and Mr. McDonald met with Joe Sarbacker, the <br /> Town Planning Chairman and explained what we intended to do. He said <br /> that he had no objection. <br /> On the evening of 15 September 1987, Mr. McDonald and myself met <br /> with approximately twelve people from the neighborhood. Several of <br /> these had been at the 8 September County Zoning meeting to object <br /> to the petititon. Mr. McDonald and myself explained what we wanted <br /> to do. At the end of the meeting there were no objections to re- <br /> zoning the parcel to LC-1 and RH-4 <br /> I explained that if they have additional concerns that they will <br /> have an opportunity to voice them at the Town Planning meeting or <br /> the Town Board meeting. Also, I said that they would have another <br /> opportunity to present their concerns at the November County Zoning <br /> meeting.
