ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4055 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> OREGON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4055/#614: <br /> Part of the SE NW & SW NE of Section 22, Town of Oregon, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of the said Section 22; thence <br /> West 2640 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence North 905 feet <br /> more or less; thence West 300 feet more or less; thence South 600 feet more or <br /> less; thence East 155 feet more or less; thence South 305 feet more or less; <br /> thence East 144 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
