Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> Pet. #4052: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 3; thence South <br /> along section line, 384.86 feet to centerline of State Farm Road; thence <br /> Southwesterly along centerline of State Farm Road, 967 feet more or less to <br /> the centerline of USH 12 and the point of beginning; thence Northwesterly <br /> along said centerline of Highway 12, 142 feet more or less; thence North <br /> parallel to East section line, 254 feet more or less; thence East, 192 feet <br /> more or less, thence South parallel to East section line, 260 feet more or <br /> less; thence S 65° West 60 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
