Agriculture District to the <br /> RH2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4056: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 33, thence <br /> South 741.0 feet along the West line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and centerline of <br /> Schumacher Road to the point of beginning. Thence continue South 375.0 feet; <br /> thence East at a right angle to the West line SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - 581.0 feet; <br /> thence North 375.0 feet; thence West 581.0 feet to the West line SE 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> and centerline of Schumacher Road to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
