One item on the <br /> adjenda for that meeting was a request from Art Hellenbrand to have <br /> a portion of his property (building # 5 acreas) rezoned from A-1 ex <br /> to Rh-2 . <br /> The Board had earlier received a recommendation from the Town Plan <br /> Committee that the request be granted. After debate the Town of Vienna <br /> Board voted to support the -request of Mr. Art Hellenbrand to have that <br /> portion of his property requested for rezoning in Section33 of the Town <br /> of Vienna (address 6538 Schumacher Road) . <br /> Please note the support of the Vienna Town Board on your records <br /> for that rezoning request hearing.
