ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4056 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />• <br /> VIENNA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4056: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 33, thence <br /> South 741.0 feet along the West line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and centerline of <br /> Schumacher Road to the point of beginning. Thence continue South 375.0 feet; <br /> thence East at a right angle to the West line SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - 581.0 feet; <br /> thence North 375. 0 feet; thence West 581.0 feet to the West line SE 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> and centerline of Schumacher Road to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
