Page 2 <br /> "WHEREAS, the said owner in order to secure the requested <br /> rezoning of the lands above described to C-1 use as permitted <br /> under the ordinance of the County of Dane, does hereby place a <br /> certain restriction thereon to bind the owner and those who may <br /> acquire title thereafter" ; <br /> 2 ) Add in the section provided for paragraph three the <br /> following: <br /> "This restriction shall terminate upon the completion of any <br /> proceedings hereafter undertaken to annex the above described <br /> lands to any municipality other than the Town of Burke, in which <br /> said lands are presently situated, but without any affect on the <br /> applicable ordinance of the County of Dane respecting the zoning <br /> applicable to said parcel of lands.
