Pet. #4059: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Burke described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 11; thence S 89° 03' 16" West, 275.0 feet along the South line of Section 11 to the point of beginning; thecne continue along the South line of Section 11, 238.0 feet; thence N 00° 45' 16" East, 160.0 feet; thence S 89° 03' 16" West, 158.0 feet; thence S 00° 45' 16" West, 160.0 feet to the South line of Section 11; thence S 89° 03' 16" West, 219.0 feet; along the South line of Section 11; thence N 00° 45' 16" East, 400.0 feet; thence N 89° 03' 16" East 615.0 feet; thence S 00° 56' 44" East 400.0 to the point of beginning.
